Service Cancellations
For services rendered by our company, you may cancel your request within 30 days of the scheduled service date. All cancellation requests must be made in writing and submitted via email to chebrown@partnerslearning.com.
Please include the following details in your cancellation request:
• Service appointment date
• Reason for cancellation
• Contact information
Cancellations made within the 30-day notice period will not incur any penalties or fees. If a cancellation is requested less than 30 days before the scheduled service date, please note that certain cancellation fees may apply, as detailed in the terms of service agreement provided at the time of booking.
Exclusions
Please be aware that certain services or special promotions may be subject to different cancellation terms. If any exclusions apply, they will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
