A passionate, high-octane woman,
Dr. Karen rose in the corporate ranks from a front-line employee to a C-Suite Executive.
Holding certifications in Certified Diversity Executive (CDE) and
Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).
Today, Dr. Karen is a thirty-year career C-Suite Career Strategist known for her incredible leadership skills and passion for career empowerment.
Dr. Karen partners with professionals to assist them in influencing and impacting their careers from middle management to senior leadership.
