I am a Certified Life Coach, Certified Business, Leadership Coach, Speaker & Trainer with The John Maxwell Team.
I hold a License to Teach a D&I program, Another Seat at the Table, with the Empowered Living Team. I also facilitate a Diversity & Inclusion Certification Program & Women in Business Certification Program with a University.
I have also earned a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certification Issued by USF Office of Corporate Training and Professional Education Earners of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate, offered by the University of South Florida Muma College of Business which provides the essential practices and tools designed to increase employee diversity and to create a business model that embraces equity and inclusion. The program, created in partnership with the Tampa Bay Lightning and Jabil, focuses on ways for organizations to create diverse workplaces, address equity issues, and foster inclusivity.

I have been a life and executive coach in the Raleigh-Durham Area of North Carolina area since 2018. My business, LRJ Coaching & Business Solutions, LLC works with small business owners, corporate executives and their teams. I worked in corporate for more than 30 years so I know the challenges that leaders face on a daily basis.
